Terms of Service

These terms apply to orders on superyou.academy, operated by Nikolas Gerlich, Meilen, Switzerland ("Super You Academy", "we"). Contact: [email protected].
1. What you buy
A set of animated learning episodes in which your child's superhero, with the look and first name you chose, is the hero of the story. The rest of each episode is the same for every customer.
2. Ordering and payment
Orders are sold and invoiced by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. Their buyer terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown before you pay.
3. Delivery
We upload your episodes to our YouTube channel as unlisted videos in an unlisted playlist and email you the link. Delivery normally takes minutes, in rare cases up to 48 hours. Watching on YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Anyone with the link can watch the playlist, so please share it only with people you trust.
4. What you enter
You must be an adult and the parent or guardian of the child, or have the parent's permission. Enter only a first name or nickname. Do not enter names or words that are offensive or that belong to someone else's brand; we may refuse such orders and refund them.
5. Use of the episodes
The episodes are for private, non-commercial use by your family. The characters, story, music and artwork remain ours. You may not re-upload, sell or publicly show the episodes.
6. Refunds
If an episode is faulty or not delivered, tell us and we will fix it, re-deliver it or refund you. Because each order is made for your child, we cannot otherwise take back a delivered order, except where the law gives you a right to do so.
7. Availability
We keep your playlist available for at least 3 years. We may remove it earlier if you ask us to or if YouTube removes it; in that case we will re-deliver your episodes another way on request.
8. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid, as far as the law allows.
9. Privacy

10. Law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
